Lead actress Jenn Gotzon worked on two 168 films and had to leave in the middle of the day to show up on time for the other film. At first, the filmmakers thought this would compromise their ability to get what they needed, but in the end, it worked out helping them to finish within the strict 12 hour deadlines that the Air Hollywood location had given them as they had to move faster than they probably would have done so without that pressure.
The end shot of Jeff Newburg following after Kimberly Durrett was an unplanned directorial decision. On the first take of the shot, the director David Kiang saw Kimberly leave frame and shouted out to Jeff to follow her. The rest was comedic gold. The ensuing takes didn't have the same energy or timing that the first one did which resulted in that take being used in the final cut.
The filmmakers shot the fight sequence in one hour due to the brilliant work of stunt coordinator Kris Kery and his stunt people Efka Kvaraciejus and Michelle Alvarado.
The Prius vanity license plate decoded: "888" is the biblical numerological number representing Jesus, "IHS" is from the Greek word for Jesus "ihsous", and the number 3 is significant also in biblical numerology.
Lead actor Robert Wu was involved in a car accident 5 blocks from the first day's location at Air Hollywood. The car that collided with him flipped over. Needless to say, he was shaken up and sore from the accident. At first, he thought he would not be able to do the role, but after praying about it, he decided that God wanted him to do it. Like any good actor, he decided to use the experience for his character. Undaunted by the fight scene the next day, Robert found the strength through prayer and an iron will to do the stunt work with stunt coordinator Kristian Kery.
