Norm and Lurie are forced to watch after Hector, a Cuban orphan boy whom sneaked into the country, while the governments decide what to do with him. Lurie turns out to be a lousy mother, though she's completely unaware of it.

Notable is Norm's girlfriend, Jenny, whom he was seriously seeing in season two, but mysteriously vanished with no explanation given to the viewers. To further complicate matters, this previously unseen episode doesn't explain what happened either, leaving the viewer to either believe it was never covered, or that there could be another episode that was never aired that tied it up.
