IT consultant Anthony Hartzog is a gym rat, constantly lifting weights and working out, while Sajjad Bacchus has probably never seen the inside of a gym. Anthony wants his buddy and coworker to take better care of himself, so he figures a good spar in the ring will knock some sense into him! Or will it be the other way around for the cocky New Yorker?
