When Lauren brings up Jack's information on the screen (to figure out who went on her computer) it shows Jack's birthplace as London, Ontario, Canada. Victor Garber, who plays Jack, was born there.
The painting behind Lauren as she makes the call to Sark from the restaurant (at around 09:30) is "Portrait of a young lady holding a cat" by Renaissance artist Francesco Bachiacca. The original is dated to 1525.
When Jack is checking Lauren's E-mail account there are several e-mails from a Jason Delevan. Jason Delevan was a special technical adviser who was in charge of the on screen graphics and computer simulations on the show.
