Cinematographer Roberto Rizzoli is the focus of this nineteen-minute featurette, which has him discussing his entire career with the spotlight being on the 1981 film MADHOUSE. He starts off talking about why he got into the business and from here we learn about some of his early jobs. He also spends a lot of time talking about other films including Stanley Kubrick's THE SHINING. Once we get to MADHOUSE he talks about the shooting location in America, how they brought the entire crew with them and he talks about various things he didn't like in the film including the lead actor. If you're a fan of Rizzoli or of the film in question then you'll certainly enjoy this featurette, which spends a good amount of time on his work as well as the film itself. He talks about what it was like working with Ovidio G. Assonitis on this as well as BEYOND THE DOOR.
