To protect Mi-nyu, Tae-kyeong jumps into an open but insincere relationship with Yoo He-yi (which He-yi finds herself wanting to make real). Though He-yi plots out their activities, Tae-kyeong ditches her to take Mi-nyu to her father's mountain gravesite. As this will afford her the chance at reflected glory before her neighbors, Mi-ja is happier than a pig in manure - but it's an actual pig that chases Tae-kyeong off into the woodlands. Knowing of Tae-kyeong's night blindness, Mi-nyu uses her acquired knowledge of him to track down his location before nightfall. So that the visit won't be a total loss before her doubting neighbors, Mi-ja calls in Yoo He-yi - a REAL star - to aid in Tae-kyeong's search. The resulting interactions enable Mi-nyu to find the right emotional tone to sing Tae-kyeong's new song back at the studio.
